To begin purchasing from us, contact our sales department.
 
We are happy to receive official purchase orders via phone, fax, post and e-mail. Just state your payment method and all other relevant information required for your sales order and it will be processed and shipped the same day for next day delivery.   Payment Methods
We accept the following methods of payment:
 
Cheques
We accept cheques, from all our customers, providing that they are received within our 'Strictly 30 Days' payment terms.
 
Credit Cards
We also accept all major credit cards. All orders that are placed on a credit card will be authorized and shipped on the same day. Please see our shipping guide for order acceptance times.
 
Credit Account
Apply now for a credit account! Please contact our accounts team now to arrange an account for you. 'Strictly 30 Days' payment terms apply for all credit accounts.
 
BACS Payments
We are happy to accept Payment by BACS. Should you wish to pay by this method, please contact us for further details.

  Shipping
Carriage is invoiced to you at our cost price - we do not make a profit on shipments to our customers.
 
We operate on a standard next day delivery service (Inland UK only) unless otherwise specified by our customer.
 
All orders received before 4pm will be shipped on the same day. Orders despatched on Fridays will be delivered on the following Monday. However, Saturday or Timed deliveries can be arranged at an extra cost.
Any orders after that time will be acknowledged the same day but processed for shipment the following day.
 
Alternatively, small consignments may be shipped through First Class Post and Recorded Delivery.
 
Please speak to your sales contact, who will be happy to quote you for your desired carriage costs.
 
Once your order has been despatched you can "track it" on route to its destination via our couriers website.
You will require the parcels consignment number to access this information.
Please contact our shipping department for this number.

  Delivery Charges
Orders received before 4.00 pm can generally be despatched for delivery the following day.
All orders are despatched by courier and are subject to a delivery charge. Please see the adjacent table for charges. Timed and Saturday deliveries are available at an additional cost to be confirmed by Datasoft.

  Accounts and Credit Control
Our Accounts department is available for credit or debt management from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
 
Our Credit Account customers are set an initial Credit Limit depending on their orders total value. Any aspect of Credit Control can be discussed with Trudi Reynolds, our head of Credit Control.
 
Your appointed Account Manager will be only too pleased to assist if you need more urgent support or information.

  Returns Procedure
In the unlikely event of you being unsatisfied with your goods, and you wish to return them the following procedure applies:
  • Contact your Account Manager to acquire your personal returns number on:

  • Returned goods must be in the same condition as sold.
  • Should the goods for any reason be unusable, a credit will not be issued.
  • Return your goods to our usual delivery address unless otherwise stated. Your goods must consist of all discs, licence numbers and manuals for it to be acceptable for return. We will not accept any incomplete returns.
  • If all is satisfactory you will then be credited with the order value.
Should you receive a DOA (Dead on Arrival) product please contact Datasoft for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
